Kristi Winn is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of medical experience, including 10 years in critical care medicine, where she developed a deep understanding of complex disease processes and the importance of treating the whole person; not just symptoms. Her extensive medical background, combined with advanced training in aesthetics, hormone optimization, and longevity medicine, allows her to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care focused on helping patients look, feel, and function at their best.
Kristi believes that optimizing hormones is one of the foundational steps toward improving overall health, preventing chronic disease, and enhancing quality of life.
